The Arc of Madison County is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation receiving funding from the Alabama Department f Mental Health and Mental Retardation, Medicaid, Alabama Special Education Trust Fund, United Way of Madison County, Combined Federal Campaign (CFC and corporate/ individual contributions. Civitan Care, Inc. owns and maintains the Opportunity Center Facility

You will notice that your membership expiration date is printed along with your address.
