Torch Helps, Inc The Arc of Madison County was nominated by Mr. Apple and selected by Torch Helps contributors to receive the quarterly grant for the Spring of 2008. The Arc will use the funds along with matching federal funds to purchase an additional vehicle for their Infant and Toddler Program. This program has been expanded with new staff that frequently travels to the homes of developmentally disabled children in Madison County. The vehicle will also be used to transport children and their families when alternate transportation is not available.
